Bears will Kill FMCG stocks

Bears are ready to kill the FMCG majors Hindustan Unilever and ITC. Take positional shorts in the stock with stop loss of 28 th November high(on closing basis) and square your positions on 10th Dec 2008.

For Monday trading ( 1st dec) short NTPC near 162 and square near 155.

BPCL looks good for shorting too.

SBI - Bear attack

SBI will be attacked by bear on Tuesday morning.

Short the stock near 1175 for the target of 1100. Keep your stop loss at 1200.

Nifty to bounce close to 3000....

Nifty futures chart suggest a bounce till 2950 levels. The December 2900 put has seen profit booking and there is a huge built up in December 2900 calls. This data suggest market will cross 2900 levels. But there is less activity around 3000 December calls. Hence we predict that nifty might face resistance close to 2950 levels. The 20 day EMA is also close to that levels. Hence now we can start buying in to nifty futures and book profits close to 2930 levels.

Bajaj Hindustan and Bombay dyeing is showing signs of bounce. Bajaj Hindustan should be bought with stop at 40 , while Bombay dyeing can be bought with stop at 150.

Cairn will crack today

Hope everybody profited on our Rolta call yesterday. It cracked by 7%.

MTNL ..... Screaming short

A query on MTNL and Hindalco was posted for technical reference:

MTNL: The stock has given the best place to short. Short the futures with stop loss at 75 for the targets of 66 and 58.

Hindalco: Please avoid entering the stock if the low of 50 is protected. Please wait for some upside to short the stock. If the stock manages to close below 50 for 2 successive days, then short the stock for the target of 30.

Also Rolta can be shorted with the stop at 184.

Tata comm was given short in our blog on 16th to short near 493 for the target of 456. The stock achieved the target with a low of 435. Hope all would have ride the profits.
